is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Support & Inventory Marketing Specialist
to support our Sales and Marketing teams. This dynamic, hands‑on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced luxury automotive environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales team with vehicle prep, delivery coordination, and lot organization
Assist with vehicle transfers, dealer trades, and general dealership errands
Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and showroom‑ready
Maintain overall lot presentation and organization
Social Media & Marketing Support
Capture high‑quality photos and videos of new and pre‑owned inventory
Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and dealership marketing initiatives
Monitor engagement and help grow the dealership’s online presence
Inventory Management
Track incoming and outgoing inventory
Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised online with accurate descriptions and pricing
Audit inventory for accuracy across CRM and third‑party platforms
Coordinate with Sales Managers on pricing updates and vehicle status
Qualifications
Previous automotive, hospitality, retail, or marketing experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation tools
Ability to work outdoors and in a fast‑paced dealership environment
Self‑motivated, reliable, and team‑oriented
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
