Position Summary

The Field Installer / Finish Carpenter is responsible for on-site installation of various residential construction components, including siding, windows, doors, vanities, mirrors, and other finish items. This role works closely with our project leads to ensure quality workmanship that meets Howmz standards and project timelines. Responsibilities

Install exterior siding per manufacturer specifications and project plans Set and flash windows, ensuring proper weatherproofing and alignment Hang interior and exterior doors, including hardware installation and adjustment Install bathroom vanities, countertops, and associated plumbing trim Install and wire light fixtures, switches, and outlets (low-voltage as applicable) Assist with installation of heating and cooling systems, including mini-splits, vents, and ductwork Install bathroom fixtures including toilets, faucets, shower hardware, and accessories Hang mirrors and other finish accessories Install trim, baseboards, and casing as needed Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and installation instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Coordinate with project leads and other trades on scheduling and sequencing Inspect work for quality and adherence to Howmz standards Identify and communicate material needs, deficiencies, or site issues promptly Perform other general construction tasks as needed to support project completion Qualifications

Required: 3+ years of experience in residential construction, finish carpentry, or a related trade Hands-on experience across multiple areas of residential finish work, including: door installation, light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, vanities, siding, windows, trim, HVAC systems, and similar Well-rounded skill set with the ability to jump between different types of finish tasks Ability to read and work from construction plans and manufacturer installation guides Proficiency with standard hand tools and power tools (circular saw, miter saw, drill, level, etc.) Reliable transportation to job sites in the Heber City / Midway area Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, scaffolding, and in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Preferred: Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record What We Offer
