Position Summary The Recruitment Assistant/Coordinator will provide support to the company’s recruitment function. This contract position will primarily support processes around candidate sourcing and pre-screening. This is a hands-on role supporting recruiting operations and candidate experience while gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

Schedule 20-25 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities

Screen applications and selects qualified candidates.

Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.

Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for internal and external candidates.

Schedule remote or in-person interviews and oversee preparation of hiring and selection materials.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills

Early Career or Campus Recruiting experience a plus.

Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another ATS/CRM a plus.

Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

2 or more years of experience as an Assistant, Coordinator, or other Recruiting support role.
