Voda Cleaning & Restoration – Simpsonville & Greer, SC Voda Cleaning & Restoration is a fast-growing restoration and cleaning company helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and everyday messes. We’re looking for an organized, friendly, and motivated team member who can manage the office while also helping us grow through sales and customer relationships.
This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day job — you’ll be the communication hub of the company and play a major role in bringing in new business.
What You’ll Do Office Administration
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule jobs and coordinate technicians
Manage CRM/job management software
Send estimates, invoices, and follow-ups
Handle customer communication and updates
Keep files, paperwork, and job records organized
Sales & Business Development
Follow up on leads and unsold estimates
Build relationships with referral partners
Assist with marketing campaigns and outreachHelp track sales performance and opportunities
Occasionally attend networking events or drop-ins
What We’re Looking For
Friendly and confident on the phone
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable talking to customers AND asking for the sale
Reliable and self-motivated
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM — we will train)
Problem solver with a positive attitude
Customer service or sales experience preferred (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
