Summary Support sales and customer operations by managing quotes, pricing, order entry, contract review, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and pricing

Enter POs and perform contract review (ISO compliant)

Coordinate orders from entry through shipment

Communicate schedules, updates, deviations, NCRs, and RMAs

Collaborate with Production, Accounting, and Sales

Track OTD performance and maintain accurate ERP data (MAX)

Qualifications

1–3 years inside sales, sales support, or order management experience

Manufacturing environment preferred

ERP experience (MAX a plus)

Advanced Excel skills

Strong communication and organizational skills
