Automotive Parts Salesperson Responsibilities:
Oversees the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing
Locates any parts not in stock
Completes special order requests
Communicates with the customer on the status of orders and notifies them upon delivery
Communicates in a friendly and professional manner
Engages decision-makers through prospecting
Follows all company safety policies and procedures
Understands federal, state, and local regulations applicable to industry
Consults on the customer's business needs--providing solutions
Provides value-added services such as ordering of products, inventory management, and problem-solving
Performs other duties as assigned
Automotive Parts Salesperson Requirements:
A minimum of 1year ofparts sales experience. Dealership experience is a plus
Bilingual a plus!
Must bring a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and desire to be successful
CDK experience preferred.
Ability to connect with customers to build and maintain lasting relationships
