The
Senior Analyst, Field Sales Enablement
is responsible for
end-to-end enablement operations
supporting the Field Sales Organization within
J&J MedTech Electrophysiology/Structural Heart/Neurovascular business units.
This role serves as a
core operational owner
for
Health Care Industry Representative Vendor Credentialing, Fleet/SAFE Fleet , and
Mobility , ensuring field readiness, customer access, safety, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the organization. The Senior Analyst initiates, develops, and communicates policies and procedures; partners closely with internal and external stakeholders; and delivers analytics and insights that support business priorities while mitigating access, compliance, and operational risk.
Responsibilities Health Care Industry Representative Vendor Credentialing
Act as the main administrator and expert for
Health Care Industry Representative (HCIR)
vendor credentialing, ensuring all requirements are met for continuous access.
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and annual re-credentialing for field sales, managing training and documentation assignments.
Monitor and implement new or updated credentialing requirements, assessing relevance and coordinating compliance.
Communicate with medical facilities, vendors, and partners to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion.
Safeguard associate data privacy and manage escalation procedures for exceptions or sensitive cases.
Collaborate with internal teams to support credentialing governance, review documents, and mitigate risks.
Fleet / SAFE Fleet Operations
Manage day-to-day
Fleet and SAFE Fleet
operations supporting field sales and service teams.
Manage and provide timely responses to
Fleet/SAFE Fleet mailbox inquiries
from field sales, service, and internal partners.
Manage and execute
vehicle replacement activities
for qualified Fleet drivers in accordance with established policies and processes.
Support safety programs and initiatives aligned with SAFE Fleet standards and business priorities.
Mobility Operations
Manage the
J&J Mobility program full lifecycle , including mobile devices and mobile service support for the Field Sales Organization.
Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely provisioning, issue resolution, and adherence to mobility standards and policies.
Reporting, Analytics & Business Insights
Calculate, analyze, and deliver
CPMM and related operational metrics
to MedTech Electrophysiology & addl. business units.
Produce and deliver SAFE
Fleet Ambassador scorecards
and other recurring reports, adapting requirements based on insights and unmet needs.
Review monthly reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across credentialing, fleet, and mobility operations.
Training, Communication & Stakeholder Partnership
Lead
training planning, Learning Management Systems, and onboarding support
for Vendor Credentialing, Fleet/SAFE Fleet, and Mobility responsibilities, including knowledge transfer and role enablement.
Collaborate closely with the
Field Sales Organization (FSO)
on enablement processes, communications, and issue resolution.
Engage
external business partners
to obtain information and services that support credentialing, fleet, and mobility operations and value delivery.
Participate in credentialing and enablement forums or communities, as appropriate, to benchmark best practices and remain current on evolving standards.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four (4) years of professional experience
OR
Associate’s degree and a minimum of six (6) years of professional experience.
Experience supporting
operational programs for a field-based organization
(e.g., vendor credentialing, fleet, safety, mobility, commercial operations, or field enablement
Strong
analytical skills , including experience producing metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
(pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear guidance for field teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail and time management.
Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information and navigating complex, cross functional issues. ‑functional issues.
Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred
Experience with
Vendor Credentialing / HCIR programs
supporting a field sales organization.
Experience with
Fleet and/or SAFE Fleet
and/or mobility programs.
Familiarity with
credentialing platforms
and industry-standard credentialing requirements.
Experience developing
training or enablement materials
for field organizations.
Domestic Travel Requirement
This is a remote position with
up to 10% domestic travel .
Occasional support outside standard business hours may be required to address time sensitive credentialing or access issues impacting field operations.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
