Senior Superintendent (Project Management)
Diversified Roofing – Senior Superintendent Commercial Roofing
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead and manage all field operations for our commercial roofing division. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple crews, superintendents, and projects simultaneously while ensuring safety, quality, production, and profitability goals are met.
The ideal candidate is a strong bilingual (English/Spanish) leader with extensive experience across all major commercial roofing systems and a proven ability to manage teams at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to all field superintendents and crews
Manage multiple commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Coatings, Foam, Metal, Tile, etc.)
Drive production efficiency, jobsite performance, and schedule adherence
Enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance
Conduct regular jobsite visits, quality inspections, and performance reviews
Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators to ensure seamless job execution
Lead manpower planning, crew assignments, and workforce development
Train, mentor, and develop field leaders and foremen
Resolve field challenges quickly and professionally
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
10+ years commercial roofing experience
5+ years in a superintendent or senior leadership role
Experience with all major commercial roofing systems
Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of production rates, scheduling, and cost control
OSHA knowledge and safety leadership mindset
Valid driver's license
