About the Role We are hiring Cultural Intelligence Analysts to evaluate and improve AI systems that power search and discovery for media content across U.S. markets. This role requires research-grade thinking and structured analytical writing. You will operate at the intersection of cultural intelligence, qualitative research, statistical analysis, and AI system evaluation. Your findings will directly influence model architecture decisions and will be read by ML engineers, product managers, and senior leadership.
What You’ll Do AI Search & Model Evaluation
Evaluate search result pages across relevance, freshness, authority, intent alignment, and thematic cohesion
Validate search result relevance across diverse query types
Identify systematic model failure patterns with technical precision
Assess the impact of metadata (poster identity, post date, content format) on perceived trustworthiness and user satisfaction
Cultural & Contextual Analysis
Detect humor, satire, irony, tonal nuance, and generational language shifts
Analyze Gen-Z and Millennial communication patterns, slang evolution, and memetic propagation
Identify locale-specific cultural context across North America
Differentiated high-quality AI-generated content from low-quality or untrustworthy AI-generated outputs
Structured Diagnostics & Reporting
Categorize model failures using structured taxonomies
Assign severity tiers based on user harm and business impact
Quantify error distributions (by query type, locale, category)
Conduct root cause analysis linking surface failures to model limitations
Produce engineering-ready reports requiring minimal clarification
Required Qualifications
Cultural Fluency
Expert understanding of Gen-Z & Millennial internet culture
Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of emerging trends
Proven experience analyzing social media ecosystems
Ability to detect subtle contextual misalignment in content outputs
Analytical Rigor
Experience in qualitative research, content analysis, or structured evaluation
Advanced pattern recognition skills
Ability to build taxonomies from unstructured observations
Strong statistical reasoning (error distributions, trend shifts, comparative analysis)
Exceptional written communication—precise, structured, and technically clear
Technical Aptitude
Comfort with evaluation platforms and AI tools
Conceptual understanding of machine learning systems
Experience translating qualitative insights into engineering recommendations
