Parts Counter Associate
who has basic automotive knowledge, strong customer service skills, and a desire to grow within the automotive industry. What You’ll Be Doing
Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts with parts inquiries and orders
Identify parts, pricing, and availability using dealership systems
Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries professionally and promptly
Accurately bill parts to Repair Orders (ROs)
Support inventory tasks including stocking, returns, and organization
Process warranty parts and core returns
Collaborate with service, sales, and accounting teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly parts counter
Who Will Succeed in This Role
Someone with automotive knowledge or hands-on experience (auto parts store, dealership, or shop experience preferred but not required)
A customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
A positive team player with a strong work ethic
Someone looking to build a long-term career — not just find a job
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous automotive parts experience not required — training provided
Availability to work Monday–Saturday schedule
Strong communication and time management skills
Basic computer skills (dealership or CDK experience is a plus)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
