This role involves managing projects of all sizes, with a focus on self-performing work in the commercial and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthwork, demolition, utilities, site concrete, and structural concrete, overseeing the entire lifecycle of excavation and site preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of excavation and site preparation projects, from evaluation and planning through to execution and completion.
Lead and manage teams performing self-performed work in earthworks, demolition, underground utilities, site concrete, and structural concrete.
Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards, meeting project specifications and safety regulations.
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a superintendent in the commercial, industrial, and heavy civil sectors.
Extensive knowledge of earthwork, demolition, utilities, site concrete, and structural concrete.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
