Position Overview As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to contact businesses, introduce our services, and schedule meetings for our benefits representatives. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both remotely and in person as needed.

Reach out to business owners and decision-makers
Schedule appointments for licensed benefit representatives
Maintain and update a database of prospects
Follow a structured outreach process
Support marketing and lead generation efforts
Work collaboratively with the sales team

Comfortable speaking with business professionals
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Organized and able to follow up consistently
Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
Compensation This is an independent contractor position with performance-based, uncapped compensation. Earnings are based on results and appointments set. There is strong potential for growth and advancement into a licensed agent role for those interested.
