We are seeking a motivated
Sales Consultant
to manage inbound leads for our premium mentorship programs, designed to help students gain admission into Ivy League universities. Key Responsibilities
Engage with parents and students, guiding them through the enrollment process for our mentorship programs. Conduct structured sales conversations, often in a two-call close format, to build trust and drive enrollments. Manage a consistent pipeline of inbound prospects while re‑engaging no-shows or stalled leads when necessary. Maintain accurate tracking of conversations and pipeline progress in the organization’s CRM. Collaborate with the broader team to refine scripts, improve processes, and deliver an excellent client experience. Compensation
This is a fully commission-based role with on‑target earnings of
$156,000 per year . Ideal Candidate
Preferably based in the
PST
time zone. Be able to work evenings (1pm – 9pm PST, Wed‑Fri) and 2 days at the weekend 9‑5pm PST Background in
consultative or high-ticket sales ; experience in education or coaching is a plus. Genuine passion for
education and student success , especially in helping students achieve top academic goals. Ability to
empathize with parents
and the maturity to guide them through significant educational investments. Personal experience with
higher education
is strongly preferred.
