to lead this critical transformation. This highly visible role will define and drive the architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital securities information reporting platforms. You will manage multiple high-performing engineering teams, fostering strong partnerships across business units and technology stakeholders to deliver state-of-the-art solutions that empower our corporate clients. A deep understanding of the financial industry, competitive landscape, and commercial objectives is essential to succeed.**Innovation:** Research and integrate emerging technologies, including Generative AI and NLP, to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.**Performance Management:** Oversee all aspects of personnel management, including hiring, performance evaluations, compensation, and career development.**Partnership:** Collaborate extensively with product owners, business stakeholders, and other technology leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.**Risk & Compliance:** Ensure adherence to Citi's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, driving accountability and transparently managing control issues.* 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership, with a significant focus on large-scale enterprise platforms.* 8-10+ years of senior managerial experience, leading multiple engineering teams and managing budgets.* Proven track record of successfully leading major transformations from legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.* Continuously improve software development practices and encourage innovation.* Deep expertise in designing federated, scalable, cloud native applications for mission-critical financial applications* Expertise in technologies such as Angular/React, Java, Rest, JSON, No SQL databases, Relational databases, Cloud technologies, and microservices architecture.* Hands-on technical acumen with a problem-solver mindset, capable of diving into technical details to guide teams.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.* Solid understanding of the financial industry, including competitive products and services, with the ability to align technology strategy with commercial objectives.* Demonstrated leadership in managing change, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance within a regulated environment.* Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI technologies.* Experience designing and implementing Business Intelligence, Enterprise Reporting, and Search solutions, preferably within financial services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
