CWF Restoration is looking to add to its team of professionals in providing professional cleaning & restoration for customers in the Dallas area.
Our sales closers are given a base salary and earn between $70- $100k annually. There is no experience required, but sales experience is a plus!

The Position:
Your job as a Sales Closer is to arrive on-site to a loss and have the customer sign an authorization to begin work. Then you will provide a 3D scan (typically 45 minutes) in order to document the loss for insurance. Sales are typically simple as the losses are paid for by insurance and paid according to their insurance adjuster’s approved price.
No cold calling - All leads are pre-qualified referrals typically from insurance providers
The Ideal Candidate:
Self-motivated and reliable
Possess an energetic and positive attitude
Valid Driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and a clean driving record
Strong communication skills
