**Role Definition**

Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.

**Responsibilities*** Provide consulting services to internal finance groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.* Analyze, define and document client's requirements, and revise existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.* Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of Oracle EPM applications; enhance system productivity, as needed.* Participate in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.**Skills Descriptors**

**Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Level Extensive Experience:**Technology Advising:** Knowledge of effective advisory methods and ability to provide valued information and advice to clients regarding products, technologies, services and solutions for a specific technology domain.

Level Extensive Experience:**Application Design, Architecture:** Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.

Level Extensive Experience:**System and Technology Integration:** Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.

Level Extensive Experience:**System Testing:** Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.

Level Extensive Experience:* Participates in the testing of complex, multi-platform and distributed applications.* Designs processes to ensure that the system meets and maintains requirements and expectations.**Technical Troubleshooting:** Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application, or operation.

Level Extensive Experience:* 4-year college or university degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study.* Strong candidates will also have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience implementing EPM technologies that include, but not limited to – account reconciliations, financial close/consolidations, allocations, planning, budgeting & forecasting.* Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location,job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
