
An Assistant Digital Media Buyer
supports senior staff by managing the administrative, planning, and execution aspects of digital advertising campaigns . Responsibilities include interfacing with vendors, inputting, maintaining, and reconciling digital media campaigns, monitoring campaign performance/pacing, and preparing reports to ensure media buys align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Media Execution:
Input, maintain, and reconcile digital media campaigns in buying platforms, ensuring accuracy.
Vendor Communication:
Act as a liaison between our agency and vendors to manage availability, costs, delivery, and specifications.
Monitoring & Optimization:
Track campaign performance, analyze delivery reports, and monitor pacing to ensure ads run as intended.
Administrative Support:
Prepare, organize, and update media documents, invoices, and billing reports.
Research:
Conduct market research on platforms and trends to support media planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
2-5 years of relevant work experience desired.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with ad platforms (e.g., DSPs, Ad Servers, Google Ads, social mediabusiness tools).
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Ability:
Basic understanding of digital media measurement, including data analysis for campaign optimization and performance reporting.
