A Sr. C.I. Facilitator is a professional who is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Albers Business System through teaching, coaching, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives throughout the Albers organization.
Duties/Responsibilities
Provides knowledge and expertise in the continuous improvement of processes in various projects.
Provides guidance and applies technical knowledge in support of more complex Lean Six Sigma Projects.
Accountable to organizational targets related to variability reduction, lead time reduction and waste elimination.
Actively engage in fostering employee engagement and ensure successful change acceptance and management.
Plan, initiate, set up, and drive continuous improvement initiatives and events across all units, in close alignment with the management.
Coaches and mentors, front line supervisors and team leads in the implementation of continuous improvement tools and principles.
Train and develop Lean production and Continuous Improvement (ABS) knowledge across the organization as well as contributing to Best Practice development and sharing.
Enhance operational excellence and promotes ABS behaviors like accountability and collaboration through coaching and daily management implementation.
Analyze current state, facilitate workshops, and drive outcomes directly on the shop floor and in the office in cooperation with the local Lean workforce.
Assess and evaluate innovations on manufacturing, process and technology related activities.
Performs other duties as required.

Required Qualifications
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent proven experience
In-depth understanding of the lean tools and when to apply them
Strong problem‑solving skills
Demonstrated experience successfully leading/facilitating Kaizen events with impactful results
Proven leadership experience coaching and developing teams in the implementation of lean tools and principles
Demonstrated ability to coach/develop junior Lean Facilitators
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, customers, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (preferred), business, logistics or another relevant field.
Working knowledge of applying lean methodology in the office, or knowledge‑based work
At least five years of relevant experience in manufacturing or Lean practice.
Facilitated or taught some form of Leadership Development training such as Dale Carnegie, Franklin Covey, or John C Maxwell
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Travel will be required, on average, 50% of the time.
The pay range for this role is: 100,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Albers Aero HQ-Albers Headquarters)
