Overview

Data Entry – Material Control. Responsibilities

Accurately enter and maintain material, inventory, and receiving data in the system Record purchase orders, work orders, material movements, and inventory transactions Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures Support material control by updating inventory levels and tracking shortages or discrepancies File and maintain material records, packing slips, and related documentation Communicate with receiving, production, and purchasing to resolve data issues Perform routine audits and corrections to ensure system accuracy Qualifications

Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Basic computer skills (ERP/MRP systems a plus but not necessary) Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment Good organizational and communication skills Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm Pay rate: $19/hr
