Home Improvement Canvassing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated leader to manage our team of door to door canvassers.
Experience Needed
Proven experience in
door to door canvassing
either as a
Team Leader ,
Canvassing Manager ,
Canvassing Director
or
Canvassing Trainer .
Responsibilities
Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
Conduct daily meetings
Canvass neighborhoods to find old windows, doors and roofing
Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates
Compensation
Salary, Commission, Bonus & Overrides
