
Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist

World Choice Investments, parent company to Dolly Parton's Stampede, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, and other family-friendly brands, is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist to support and strengthen our lifecycle marketing efforts across multiple brands and locations. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing email marketing, SMS marketing, and marketing automation initiatives that drive engagement, increase conversion, and support revenue growth.
You will build, manage, and enhance campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot, using segmentation, personalization, and performance insights to continuously improve results. You'll play a hands-on role in campaign strategy, email design, list management, A/B testing, and reporting, ensuring communications are timely, targeted, and aligned with each brand's voice and guest journey.
This position requires both strong executional skills and a performance mindset. You will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to refine processes, expand automation capabilities, and elevate the effectiveness of our email and SMS programs across our growing portfolio of family-friendly entertainment brands.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, & Marketing Automation
Develop and execute email marketing and SMS campaigns for multiple consumer-focused brands Create compelling copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions Design visually appealing email templates, incorporating distinct brand guidelines and best practices Create dynamic content and messaging based on visitor data and behavior Conduct A/B testing to optimize and improve performance Build and manage HubSpot marketing automation workflows, including triggered emails and customer journeys Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot workflows to ensure proper functionality and performance Create and optimize lead capture forms in HubSpot to support database growth, segmentation strategy, and automated lifecycle marketing initiatives Create and manage lists within our database, including strategic segmentation, list hygiene, and growth strategies Support contact list imports and database updates for internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Ensure compliance with email marketing and SMS regulations and best practices Monitor marketing reply inboxes and bounce notifications, elevate guest inquiries as appropriate, and update contact records to maintain database accuracy and deliverability health Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI Create and maintain reporting dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insights Collaborate closely with our social media, digital advertising, and content teams for consistent messaging and campaign alignment Develop and maintain process documentation Stay up to date with industry trends Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing Hands-on experience building and managing automated workflows within HubSpot or a similar platform Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Detail-oriented and highly organized Preferred
