This role requires
5+ years of product design experience across web and mobile, with clear examples of shipping products at scale and taking end‑to‑end ownership for measurable outcomes
Proven ability to operate as a strategic, systems‑level thinker
Adaptability and ease in navigating ambiguity to shape high‑impact north star experience vision
Exceptional design craft and execution, demonstrated through consistently high‑quality interaction and visual work, with deep fluency in Figma
A strong taste and judgment, with a clear sense of what to include, what to refine, and what to leave out
Evidence of original and critical thinking, with the ability to clearly articulate and own design points of view
A collaborative, low‑ego mindset paired with strong conviction—open to feedback and iteration, while able to take a stand and own decisions when alignment is needed
A designer with strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale, trade‑offs, and a point of view to cross‑functional partners and senior leadership

Strategy‑only designers or wireframers. This role requires strong craft and the ability to deliver fully resolved, build‑ready designs
Designers looking for simple or isolated problems. We operate in sophisticated, constraint‑heavy ecosystems that require comfort translating technical, business, and system complexity (vehicle platforms, services, hardware dependencies) into clear, intuitive user experiences
Nice to have, but not required
Experience designing for automotive, connected products, or large‑scale ecosystems, or experience working at a world‑class technology company
Experience with animation & prototyping software like Protopie, Rive, Lovable

Compensation The expected base compensation for this role is: ($106,600-163,400). Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
