
Customer Service Representative
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay: $22/hour (based on experience)
Location: Cudahy, WI
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on first shift. The CSR is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, processing part sales orders, and maintaining accurate inventory stock levels, cost pricing, and sales margins within the business unit.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all parts and service quotation requests (phone, fax, and email) in a timely and accurate manner
Provide customers with detailed quotations, including pricing and lead times
Process inter-company orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain and monitor parts pricing and sales margins
Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts on sales orders are shipped promptly
Collaborate with Engineering, when necessary, to assist with troubleshooting and develop solutions, including parts orders
Arrange customer shipments in partnership with the shipping department
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or parts/order processing experience preferred
