Our client is an emerging, design-forward SaaS startup building the next generation of intelligent, AI-driven enterprise software. They are seeking a
Senior UX Designer
who blends strong foundational UX craft with systems thinking, product strategy, and a passion for shaping new interaction paradigms in the age of AI.
This person will own end-to-end UX for a complex, enterprise-grade platform—transforming technical workflows into simple, elegant, intuitive experiences. Ideal candidates come from leading SaaS companies or innovative early-stage startups and have a refined design aesthetic (backgrounds from top design programs such as RISD are a plus).
Responsibilities
Lead UX strategy, vision, and execution for a complex enterprise SaaS product.
Design intuitive, intelligent workflows that integrate human decision-making with AI assistance.
Translate complex data models, system logic, and technical concepts into clear, accessible UX patterns.
Produce wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity designs using modern tools.
Define interaction patterns for AI-driven experiences (prompts, conversational UI, adaptive interfaces, recommendations).
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Founders to drive 0?1 product development.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable design insights.
Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical feasibility.
Create and maintain a scalable multi-surface design system.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment with evolving requirements.
Qualifications
5–10 years
of UX / Product Design experience at a high-growth
SaaS
or
enterprise technology
company.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction design, system thinking, information architecture, and problem?solving for complex products.
Mastery of
Figma
and modern prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie, Principle, etc.).
Experience designing or contributing to
AI-powered products
or LLM-enabled interfaces.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to design in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments with rapid iteration cycles.
Preferred:
background in design research, service design, systems modeling, or enterprise workflow design.
Nice to have:
knowledge of ITSM, DevOps, configuration management, or other complex enterprise domains.
Bonus:
formal design training or degree from a leading design institution (e.g., RISD).
