Job Description Searching for the right candidate to compliment our Window & Door company. This candidate will need to have millworks / construction sales experience. The right person will need to be a motivated, self starter that is a people person. We strive to offer an industry leading perspective in Window & Door product knowledge, design, supply, installation & service. Position will have a base salary paid weekly with commission, we need players who will hunt for their food, so to speak. Candidate will be responsible for building out a sales system with owner & estimators input, running leads, developing relationships, following up on completed projects, helping Reid It Right be more noticeable & helpful in the community & showing our customer that our service doesn’t stop after the sale. Candidate will need their own reliable transportation which will be compensated for. You’ll possess a strong sense of self-confidence (but in a humble and modest way ) meaning you are sure of your ability to succeed. You bring energy, relentless positivity and an above the line attitude to work every day. In other words, no excuses and total accountability for your results. You connect quickly with people, are fun to hang out with and you make everyone around you feel good about their experience with you – most importantly your teammates!
