Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support Experience with Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience strategies Ability to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain professionalism. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in design or retail industries Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferably but not required.
