
Trade Coordinator
Qualifications
This position suits individuals with a background in international business, logistics, or related fields who possess strong organizational abilities and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, trade documentation systems, and familiarity with customs clearance processes are essential to successfully support supply chain compliance efforts
Candidates with certifications such as CILT, CCS, or a U.S. Customs Broker License will find additional advantages
Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain, accounting, or business administration
At least 3 years of experience in customs and international trade, preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledge of U.S. customs regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
English proficiency required
Responsibilities
As a Trade Coordinator, you will be integral to managing international trade operations, supporting compliance protocols, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain a smooth flow of materials and products across borders
You will gain hands‑on experience with U.S. customs regulations, preferential trade agreements, and security programs such as the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT)
