who thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and want to maximize their earning potential. This role is straightforward and structured. You’ll speak only with
warm, inbound leads —people who have already asked for help. Your job is to guide the conversation, explain available solutions, and help clients take the next step with confidence. No cold calling. No guesswork. Just consistent call volume, proven systems, and real opportunity. What You’ll Do
Take inbound calls from clients seeking help with tax issues
Lead clear, confident conversations using a proven sales process
Educate clients on tax relief options and next steps
Build trust quickly and close solutions that fit the client’s needs
Hit performance goals and grow your income consistently
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced sales closers who enjoy phone-based sales
Coachable professionals who apply feedback and improve quickly
Motivated individuals eager to win and earn at a high level
Strong communicators who remain patient and focused
Team players who thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
Sales experience is required. Tax relief experience is a plus but not mandatory—we train the process.
