Our mission is simple: move communities to health while maintaining the highest standard of safety, period.**Position Overview:**We are seeking a motivated **Legal Associate** to join our Legal Department at a growing, fast-paced emergency healthcare services company whose mission is “Bringing Communities To Health.”This position will play a key role in preparing and conducting quality control reviews for medical fee arbitrations conducted under the **Federal No Surprises Act (NSA)**.
This position may also provide additional legal support at the direction of the General Counsel, including the review and drafting of non-disclosure, commercial and healthcare‑related agreements, litigation support, and general legal operations support.This role offers meaningful exposure to healthcare law, federal arbitration processes, and commercial contracting in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment, and an opportunity for mentorship and development of legal skills.
