Schedule
Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday (every other) 8:00am - 12:00pm
What You’ll Do Tier 1 – Level 1 (Entry-Level Support)
Handle general payment-related inquiries and support customers with basic account questions.
Direct calls to appropriate levels as needed.
Assist customers with web portal and troubleshoot issues.
Complete project work such as ACH failures, address verifications, and invoice rejections.
Help with 30-day collections calls.
Gain knowledge and understanding of Granger as a company, its history, & service offerings.
Scale House / Gate House Support
Provide backup support at gate and scale house locations during lunches, call-ins, absences, or high-volume periods.
Accurately process waste and recycling transactions, including calculating charges, collecting payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining documentation.
Weigh incoming loads and record weights accurately for billing and recordkeeping.
Inspect loads for compliance with disposal guidelines and safety protocols; document contamination as needed.
Direct vehicles to appropriate dumping and recycling areas in coordination with Operations.
Post, close, and distribute scale tickets; email tickets to customers as required.
Enter detailed and accurate customer account notes and contamination data.
Communicate incoming load information to Operations and coordinate recycling loads as needed.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
2 years’ experience working in a high-volume call center environment required
Strong Microsoft Office and 365
Bilingual experience is a plus
Ability to perform physical requirements of position and pass a physical and drug screen including marijuana (pre-employment and random)
