The Account Supervisor is a strategic, client-facing leader responsible for managing day-to-day account operations while guiding internal teams to deliver strong organic and paid social work. This role requires a self-starter mindset, a solid understanding of social platforms and performance, and a collaborative approach to team dynamics.

What you will be doing:
Lead the development and execution of organic and paid social strategies across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Partner closely with creative, media, and influencer teams to ensure cohesive social storytelling and platform-native execution
Provide informed recommendations grounded in platform best practices and evolving social trends
Analytics & Performance Awareness
Demonstrate working knowledge of social analytics, including engagement metrics, reach, impressions, and paid performance indicators
Translate performance data into clear takeaways and optimization recommendations for clients and internal teams
Support reporting and post-campaign analysis with a focus on insights, not just numbers
Serve as a primary client contact, building trust through strong communication, responsiveness, and strategic thinking
Anticipate client needs, identify risks early, and proactively propose solutions
Ensure projects stay on scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining high-quality output
Foster strong team dynamics, creating an environment of accountability, respect, and collaboration
Mentor junior team members, offering guidance on workflow, prioritization, and professional development
Act as a connective tissue across disciplines, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams
Take ownership of accounts and initiatives without needing heavy oversight
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, or efficiency
Stay curious and informed about industry shifts, platform changes, and emerging social formats
What you bring:
5–7 years of experience in account management, social media, or integrated marketing
Strong understanding of organic and paid social media ecosystems
Familiarity with social analytics and performance reporting
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead cross-functional teams
Clear communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
