Crane’s Mill has a full-time opportunity for an experienced Senior Living Sales Manager at our West Caldwell community! The Residency Advisor Manager is a senior sales professional and department leader responsible for driving census growth, supervising the Transition Coordinator, and supporting the training and development of Residency Advisors.

This position serves as a working sales manager who actively manages a sales pipeline, advances and closes prospects, and ensures that all leads are properly tracked and managed within the CRM system. The Manager provides operational oversight of the move-in process in collaboration with the Transition Coordinator and serves as the acting leader of the Sales & Marketing Department in the absence of the Director.

The Residency Advisor Manager ensures alignment between sales activity, transition coordination, and occupancy goals while upholding the mission and values of the organization.

Basic Qualifications Education/Training/Certifications BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Experience

2–5 years of successful sales experience in a Life Plan, Independent Living, or senior housing community

Demonstrated ability to close entrance-fee sales

Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines

Prior supervisory or mentoring experience preferred

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Advanced CRM/database management proficiency

Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously

Strong independent judgment and problem-solving skills

High level of professionalism and executive presence

Strong closing skills and ability to advance prospects through the decision process

Ability to coach and train others effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyze pipeline data and identify performance gaps

Compassion and sincerity in working with seniors and families

General Responsibilities

Works closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to achieve and exceed census goals.

Supervises and supports the Transition Coordinator to ensure a seamless move-in experience.

Assists in onboarding and training new Residency Advisors.

Actively manages and closes a personal sales pipeline.

Oversees CRM data accuracy and lead progression.

Collaborates in planning and execution of marketing events.

Performs other duties necessary for the efficient operation of the department and organization.
