* 5–15 years of direct experience supporting sell-side Capital Markets product and/or syndicate desks including Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Private Placements, Leveraged Finance and/or Loan Syndication. Prior titles/roles may include: COO, CAO, Business Manager, Middle Office, among others* Understanding of full lifecycle of new-issue capital markets origination and syndication* Experience in Investment Banking sector coverage, M&A and Corporate Banking a plus* Experience leading projects with multiple infrastructure team stakeholders including Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, Operations and Finance* Familiarity with the capital markets regulatory, accounting, legal and compliance environment* Highly motivated, self-starter; able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment, with limited management oversight* Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage to changes in plan* Excellent organizational skills with a good attention to detail* Strong interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (i.e., Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)* You embrace and champion change.
