The Senior Manager, Treasury will report to the Senior Director of Finance and serve as a key member of the finance leadership team. This role will oversee corporate treasury operations, manage liquidity across the organization, support debt capital markets activity, lead hedging strategies, and deliver executive-level reporting to internal and external stakeholders. $165-$185K /yr. base salary + bonus (DOE) Benefits:

Maintain a comprehensive rolling corporate cash forecast incorporating capital transactions, management fees, expenses, and shareholder distributions Oversee global liquidity, including monitoring regional cash balances and optimizing cash deployment strategies Prepare senior-level liquidity reporting for executive leadership and Board review Lead enhancements to cash forecasting, treasury reporting, and operational processes Manage outstanding debt securities, including covenant compliance, maturity schedules, and regulatory reporting Prepare required reports for lenders, financing partners, and capital providers Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, rating agencies, and capital providers Lead quarterly reporting to parent company on liquidity, FX and interest rate exposures, and covenant compliance Develop and execute corporate-level FX and interest rate hedging strategies Support quarterly and annual financial disclosures related to debt, liquidity, and hedging activities Support M&A transactions, refinancing, and other strategic capital initiatives as needed Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA, CTP, or CFA certification required 5+ years of relevant experience in treasury, liquidity planning, cash management, or debt capital markets Strong understanding of leveraged capital structures and covenant compliance Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into executive-level recommendations Exceptional time-management and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present to senior executives Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a private equity–backed or sponsor-owned environment Experience supporting M&A, refinancing, or strategic capital initiatives Background in renewable energy, infrastructure, or asset-intensive industries About Versique
