Originating Mortgage loans in compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Recruiting and retaining Loan Officers.

Establishing and tracking sales goals for Loan Officers.

Formulating and communicating effective sales strategies.

Acting as liaison between Loan Officers and Bank Officers.

Acting as a liaison between Loan Officers, Real Estate Brokers and Principals.

Attending Real Estate office sales meetings and working with agents.

Coordinating training of Loan Officers with the Training Manager.

Identifying business development opportunities for Towne and/or the affiliated company.

Participating in industry related events.

Attending monthly Real Estate Manager Meetings.

Promoting business for the Bank and encouraging origination staff to cross-sell products from other Bank business lines.

Attending monthly Sales Manager Meetings and Manager Meetings.

Meeting monthly with Sales Manager/EVP.

Holding sales meetings with their Loan Officer’s (Quarterly, at minimum).

Other duties, as required.

Obeying all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

1-2 years of experience as a Loan Officer

A valid NMLS #

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite in a professional work environment

Experience with CRM systems, preferably Total Expert

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

Well organized with an ability to prioritize and multi-task

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong public speaking skills

Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information

Ability to work independently and as a team member

Ability to demonstrate flexibility as demands and priorities change

Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines effectively

Bonus Points If You:

Have at least four years' experience with a proven sales record.

Communicate well and foster a positive working environment.

Physical Requirements:

Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally

Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
