Account Executive
who thrives where strategy, creativity, and execution come together.
This is a
hybrid role
(Tuesday–Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote) for someone who brings ownership, urgency, and confidence, and who genuinely enjoys building strong relationships and helping great work come to life!
What You’ll Do Build Strong Client Partnerships You’ll serve as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of brand strategy and creative clients, acting as a trusted partner and steady guide.
Lead client meetings, set thoughtful agendas, and map clear next steps
Translate client goals into focused briefs and actionable plans
Build trust through responsiveness, clarity, and proactive problem-solving
Anticipate needs and offer smart recommendations before they’re requested
Connect business objectives to creative outcomes
Communicate clearly and confidently -sharp emails, efficient meetings, friendly follow-ups
Catch risks early, solve them quickly, and keep everyone aligned
Guide Projects from Start to Finish You’ll keep work moving forward with precision, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
Manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and feedback with confidence
Stay highly organized - you love lists, systems, and proactive follow-ups
Coordinate across strategy, creative, production, and external partners
Organize documents, assets, and workflows with exceptional attention to detail
Maintain version control and streamline collaboration
Support estimating, briefing, invoicing, resourcing, and forecasting
Run internal status and resourcing meetings
Partner with vendors (print, proofing, production, mailing)
Identify inefficiencies and help improve how we work
Be a Positive Ambassador
Bring curiosity about brands, business, and people
Show up with humility, good humor, and professionalism
Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, and storytelling
Help evolve our tools, processes, and standards as we grow
Skills & Experience:
5+ years in account management, project management, or client services
Agency or consulting experience
Comfortable managing multiple clients and stakeholders at once
Strong understanding of brand strategy and creative workflows
Confident managing budgets, scopes, timelines, and resourcing
Proficiency in:
Google Docs, Slides, Sheets
PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Basecamp, Harvest, or similar tools
Outlook
Social media strategy and content development
AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows
