Deep knowledge of kitchen and bathroom installation processes
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to read plans, problem‑solve, and keep projects moving
Professional and respectful when working in customers’ homes
Reliable, organized, and solutions‑oriented mindset
Requirements 10+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience required
Significant experience leading crews or managing installs in the field
Strong background in cabinet installation and finish carpentry preferred
Comfortable using hand tools and power equipment daily

Uniforms and company gear provided
Opportunity to grow into senior field leadership as we scale
The Impact of This Role This position is critical to our success. You’ll be the person who ensures our projects run smoothly, our standards stay high, and our crews perform at their best every day.
