Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up of Bloomfield are growing, and we’re hiring a

Lead Carpenter / Field Foreman

to lead our crews in the field and set the standard for craftsmanship, jobsite organization, and production pace.

This is a hands‑on leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll be the senior person on site, responsible for execution quality, daily workflow, and keeping projects running smoothly while working alongside the team.

We already have a dedicated Project Manager handling scheduling, client coordination, and logistics. Your role is to own the build in the field and ensure every project is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do Lead and support install crews on kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.

Set daily priorities and maintain a productive, organized jobsite

Perform skilled carpentry and installation work as needed

Oversee cabinet installation, refacing, trim, and finish work

Ensure projects stay on pace while maintaining high craftsmanship standards

Identify and resolve field issues quickly to prevent delays

Communicate progress and field updates with the Project Manager

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Serve as the on‑site leader and example for quality and professionalism

What We’re Looking For A seasoned remodeling professional who naturally takes ownership of the jobsite and leads by example.

Extensive experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, & all areas of construction

Proven ability to lead crews while staying hands‑on

Deep knowledge of kitchen and bathroom installation processes

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to read plans, problem‑solve, and keep projects moving

Professional and respectful when working in customers’ homes

Reliable, organized, and solutions‑oriented mindset

Requirements 10+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience required

Significant experience leading crews or managing installs in the field

Strong background in cabinet installation and finish carpentry preferred

Comfortable using hand tools and power equipment daily

Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for project updates, photos, communication, and reviewing plans

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift and work on active job sites
