Mentor less experienced drafters through the product development process.This **position will be located onsite** at our Division Office located in **Schaumburg, IL****Job Duties & Responsibilities*** Apply all company drafting standards and processes to daily work.* Ensure quality control on all work completed.* Conduct CAD duties for Construction Drawings (CDs) utilizing company adopted software.* Monitor and assist Zone CAD Manager in updating and enhancing company CAD standards.* Provide Architectural Service drafting support daily to include but not be limited to:
+ Drafts redline markups.
+ Draft plan revisions.
+ Draft site plans for individual lots as assigned.

$30.00 - $37.00 HourlyHired applicant will be eligible to receive an annual bonus based on performance objectives and earn overtime.**General Description of Benefits**In addition to up to 9 paid company holidays per year, employees are eligible for up to 6 days of sick pay.
