Save Job

This is a dual role for someone who wants to master the art of capital raising. You will be responsible for both

High-Urgency Inbound Response

and

Strategic Outbound Prospecting.

When leads come in, you are the first responder. When they don’t, you are the engine searching for new opportunities. Key Accountabilities

Your north star is booking qualified discovery calls for our VP of Sales. Inbound Concierge:

Respond to new inquiries within 5 minutes. No lead goes cold. Speed to Lead:

Respond to all inbound inquiries (SMS, Email, CRM) within 5 minutes during business hours. Appointment Volume:

Consistently book [X] qualified investor discovery calls per month. Pipeline Hygiene:

Maintain a 100% clean CRM (GoHighLevel); zero "Hot Leads" sitting idle for more than 24 hours. Re-engagement:

Proactively call and text through our database to revive stalled conversations. Onboarding Support:

Route investor questions and assist with the initial stages of the onboarding process. Database Mining:

Proactively re-engage dormant leads in our CRM to spark new interest. Strategic Outreach:

Keep GoHighLevel updated with meticulous detail so we know exactly where every dollar is in the pipeline. Requirements

Location:

You must be able to work out of our Houston office daily. Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written English; ability to speak with high-net-worth investors with confidence and financial professionalism. Tech-Savvy:

High proficiency with CRMs (GoHighLevel experience is a major plus). Thick Skin:

You view "No" as part of the process and are not discouraged by high-volume outreach. Reference Standard:

We follow Topgrading principles. Finalists will be required to coordinate personal reference calls with their previous three managers. Who You Are

You have "Financial Professionalism"—you can talk to a surgeon or a CEO and sound like a peer, not a script-reader. You are local to Houston and want to sit in the room where the deals happen. Growth:

This role is designed to groom you for a Senior Investor Relations role where you will eventually manage the full capital raise cycle. Upside:

A base salary that provides stability, with a bonus structure tied directly to appointments set and capital eventually raised. Comp:
