The Sales Specialist – Printing & Packaging Solutions is responsible for providing solutions to an assigned geographic territory in North America (MS, AL, GA, TN, FL, SC, and NC). In addition, the Sales Specialist helps implement business and category strategies to end users and distributor partners.
How you'll help the formula:
Meet or exceed all established sales objectives and goals for assigned territory
Coordinate sales activities in the assigned geographic territory to promote sales and deliver growth targets
Understand and communicate customer needs to colleagues to foster customer intimacy
Foster collaboration within the Printing & Packaging Solutions team and key stakeholders, including channel partners to solve customer problems and deliver innovative solutions
Develop and maintain Opportunity Pipeline for the assigned territory
Effectively maintain customer data in the global CRM system
Other duties as assigned
Key elements for your role:
Minimum 2 years combined experience in distribution sales in paper, print, tape, or other similar manufactured products. Flexo highly preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence complex organizational structures
Analytical skills / creative problem‑solving capabilities
Ability to navigate complex business negotiations
Skilled and proficient in use of computers, including Microsoft products – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint – as well as ability to use CRM software programs
Willingness to adapt own work schedule to satisfy customer needs
Ability to travel by air and automobile up to 70% of the time
Requires a current, valid driver’s license and passport, along with the physical ability to drive for extended periods
Spanish language capability a plus
