$125,000-$140,000 based on experience

Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
Responsibilities
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for each retailer in support of Company objectives.
Meets regional sales budgetary objectives through forecasting; preparing an annual budget; managing expenditures; analyzing variances; initiates corrective actions.
Maintains and expands customer base by working with Account Managers; develop, build and maintain rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Tracks and evaluates effectiveness of all budgeted spending in a region by account.
Monitors accounts Receivables on a Weekly Basis and communicates with both the corporate office and the Account Manager.
Accomplishes regional sales objectives by recruiting, and training, associates in assigned accounts; communicates job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Identifies new product opportunities, understands consumer needs and trends; tracks competitors in each market.
A working knowledge of Nielsen / IRI /Spectra and the ability to present findings to all the accounts in the region.
Meets and/or communicates weekly with all Account Managers, Associates Account Managers, Insight Analyst and Merchandising Managers in a region
Spend Three Days a week in Customer Presentations and/ or Store visits with merchandisers.
Proven Ability to build customer relationships
STRONG Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in extracting and mining data
Proficiency in A.C. Nielsen, and Spectra Syndicated Data Analysis Tools
Proven success managing multiple objectives and priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to apply sound business principles and practices to project
Can develop effective sales plan and manage to maximize profitability.
Strong communication and priority setting skills
