Job Summary/Description:

13 NEWS, KOLD has a rare opening for a Local/Regional Sales Coordinator. Excellent telephone, email, and verbal communication and problem-solving skills are required. You must show enthusiasm, work initiative, and possess strong organizational and computer skills. Accuracy and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner are essential. Database and industry software experience is required. This career opportunity is a great way to become an important part of a highly respected media organization and TV station.

Create supportive marketing materials for the sales team and assist in the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations. Assist with political and paid programming. Packages and client presentations. Support the Local Sales, Traffic/Copy as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly focused, organized, and detail-oriented

Meet deadlines in a challenging and dynamic environment

Work cooperatively with managers, co-workers, and clients to deliver a high level of service

Pull and provide detailed reports for management, as well as sales staff and clients

Assist the Director of Sales and Multimedia Sales Managers in order entry and maintenance

Capable of learning new software systems promptly and thoroughly

Take pride in work, respond to instructions well, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working independently if necessary

CRM Experience is required

Proficiency in all programs of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams), as well as video conferencing platforms such as Teams and Zoom

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
