JOB DETAILS:
Great opportunity to join a small HIGH GROWTH manufacturer of medicines in a specialty therapeutic category
Manage a team of 8 pharmaceutical reps calling on Primary Care and Endocrinologists
West District = AZ, CO, UT, NV reps located from Phoenix to Denver to Salt Lake City to Las Vegas (3 of the 8 reps live in the Greater Phoenix area)
Must be comfortable with up to 50% overnight travel
Base salary range is $160K-$170 (depending on experience)
Incentive plan offering an additional $42K at target, uncapped
Company car, full expenses, excellent benefits
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have min 2 years of frontline pharmaceutical sales management experience
4-year bachelor's degree
Must have a documented track record of success/awards
