
Seasonal Leasing Agent (Part-Time) – Lease-Up Focus
Fort Myers, FL Schedule: Friday – Sunday
Part-Time | Seasonal | Performance-Driven Role
Position Summary The Seasonal Leasing Agent plays a critical role in driving occupancy during our lease-up phase by generating traffic, converting leads, and supporting outreach marketing efforts. This position serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents during peak weekend traffic and directly contributes to achieving aggressive lease-up goals.
This is a high-energy, sales-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by measurable results.
Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales Performance
Manage prospect inquiries and conduct engaging, professional property tours.
Follow up with all prospects within 24 hours to maximize leasing conversion.
Support application processing and lease execution.
Maintain accurate lead tracking in the property management system.
Achieve weekly leasing, traffic, and conversion targets aligned with lease-up goals.
Demonstrate strong closing skills and sales urgency.
Outreach Marketing & Traffic Generation
Conduct outreach marketing to local businesses, employers, and community partners.
Distribute marketing materials and promote leasing specials in surrounding areas.
Assist with social media engagement and lead generation initiatives.
Participate in local events and community networking efforts.
Identify new traffic-driving opportunities and partnerships.
Track outreach efforts and report results to management.
Lease-Up Support & Property Presentation
Ensure model units and tour paths are show‑ready at all times.
Support leasing events and high‑traffic weekend initiatives.
Communicate maintenance or curb‑appeal concerns that may impact leasing performance.
Customer Experience
Deliver a professional, energetic, and customer‑focused leasing experience.
Provide accurate pricing, availability, and community information.
Escalate complex resident or prospect concerns to the Property Manager as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
Lease‑up experience strongly preferred.
Strong sales, communication, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently during weekend operations.
Professional presentation and high‑energy sales approach.
Basic computer proficiency; experience with property management software preferred.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
