We are two busy founders juggling multiple ventures, a household, and 3 happy loving dogs. We move fast, think big, and our to-do lists never seem to end. We are looking for a right-hand person who can help us manage the mayhem—not just with scheduling and emails, but with the real-life stuff that keeps our home and sanity intact. If you are an organizational wizard who doesn’t mind switching from booking a boardroom to buying dog food in the same hour, we want to meet you. No two days will be the same. Work Location:
Office is in Bee Cave, Home is in Lakeway This role is full time, M-F (+ occasional weekends for travel or watching the doggies). Responsibilities
The Professional Side:
Managing calendars, making reservations, handling personal correspondence, and running occasional errands related to our business needs. At the Office:
The office changes daily. We may need to you run to the warehouse or just pickup lunch. Its all up in the air and while at the office you will act as the utility player. Handling anything the team needs a hand with. The Household:
Light house upkeep coordination, ensuring the home is ready for guests, managing vendor appointments (cleaners, handymen), and general organization. Animal Lover Duties:
Caring for our dogs while we are at work or traveling. This includes feeding, walking, vet visits, and generally spoiling them with attention. They are very well behaved on their own. Grocery & Shopping:
Meal planning support, grocery runs, and picking up online orders. You’ll also handle returns, gift shopping, and sourcing specific items we need. The Wildcards:
Jumping in on any random tasks that pop up—whether that’s picking up dry cleaning, waiting for a repair person, helping set up a brand event or dropping off the car for maintenance. Who You Are
You have a Driver’s License and reliable transportation:
This is non-negotiable. You will be running errands that require getting around the city. Proactive & Independent:
We shouldn’t have to tell you what needs to be done. You see it, you fix it. Tech-Savvy:
You can handle a shared calendar, manage spreadsheets, and won\'t panic when we ask you to learn a new app. Calm Under Pressure:
When things get hectic (and they will), you keep a level head and a smile. Trustworthy:
