Delinquent Tax Collections Specialist

A municipal government agency is seeking a Revenue Collections Agent to perform investigative and follow-up work in collecting personal property and real estate taxes, as well as assisting taxpayers with payment issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a general knowledge of the laws regarding tax collection. Candidates with at least two years of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are encouraged to apply.
