What You'll Do
Own a roster of pre-qualified homeowner appointments and confirm meetings through outbound calls
Lead engaging virtual sales presentations showcasing Thompson Creek windows, doors, siding, roofing and bath solutions
Use virtual measurements and 3D modeling tools to build accurate pricing in real time
Apply our proven sales process to confidently close deals during the presentation
Build and manage your pipeline by following up with warm prospects in the database
Keep your workflow tight and organized, closing out daily tasks before end of business
Master company sales technology and accurately document contracts and customer details
Deliver a professional, customer first experience that drives satisfaction and referrals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff after the sale
Compensation This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. The posted range reflects annual earnings from the past three years, including both new hires and top performers. Individual results will vary based on performance, availability, and market demand.
Typical earnings range from $85,000 to $340,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding $400,000 per year.
All new hires receive 90 days of paid training at $1,384.62 bi-weekly (base pay plus commission). After the training period, compensation is entirely commission-based.
