Position Title: Retirement Benefits Consultant

Pay Rate : $85,000 - $101,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

Obtain a solid understanding of the Company’s retirement plan and financial wellness offerings and applicable regulations

Analyze participant data and create reports for management decision making

Oversee the benefits claims and appeals process for the retirement team, research plan provisions and draft correspondence to participants

Manage process for locating former employees entitled to retirement benefits

Research and respond to benefit escalations from HR and employees

Monitor and resolve payroll issues related to IP’s retirement benefit plans

Assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing procedures, processes, standard formats and/or database systems

Work effectively with third party vendors and internal legal, tax, finance and human resource professionals

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

BS degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred

3-5 years of applicable experience preferred

Relevant work experience preferred

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong oral and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience in Oracle preferred
