What You’ll Do This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field and building relationships. As a Sales Rep, you will:
Generate leads through
canvassing and door-to-door outreach
Build, manage, and follow up on your pipeline of customers
Oversee roofing projects from initial inspection to completion
Perform roof inspections (ladder climbing required)
Provide exceptional customer communication and support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain professionalism and high-quality service for every homeowner
Work a standard 40-hour week with occasional weekends
