
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with a strong background in residential and/or commercial real estate closings to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage real estate transactions from contract to post-closing
Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits and loan documents
Coordinate with lenders, title companies, realtors, buyers and sellers
Order and review title commitments, surveys and HOA estoppels
Schedule and facilitate closings
Handle disbursements and post-closing follow-up
Maintain accurate and organized transaction files
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of real estate closing experience
Proficient in preparing closing packages and settlement statements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Experience with closing software
